On the loop of the River Severn in Gloucestershire there exists this group of small trees looking out over the river as the tides ebb and flow, passed by all sort of birdlife and not a lot of people. The sort of place to sit and contemplate. It's close to Arlingham and you will find no traffic noise, just peace and quiet, and if you are lucky the odd reed bunting twittering away a little further down river.
