Collection: Black & White Drawings

A collection of black and white drawings, landscapes, as well as sheds and occasional seascapes. Some of these are used to make the digital colour versions for print, generally this is done in photoshop. Many of the subjects here are from my own photographs.I'm a great believer in the beauty and art of the shed and those people who use them, or neglect them. They are true artists indeed, though most of them are not aware of it.

For those of you with an interest in my method of drawing. These are done on 300gsm gloss board, where my dip pen and ink flow with ease over the surface, with the help of a brush now and again, and the occasional tooth brush for 'splatter'. All my drawings like these are done, in the main, from my own photographs. I'm not hardy enough to do them on site!
