Collection: LA Signs and Sights

This collection of images of signs taken in Los Angeles have been in some cases enhanced and represented to look similar to silk screen prints by careful changes in photoshop. They represent the signs as works of art which is what I consider them to be, making strong graphic fine art prints to enhance any wall. In some cases there is no photoshop manipulation at all and the signs are as they were on the day they were photographed. Someone should put a preservation order on these signs, they are some of the finest things to see in such a concrete city. Other images are of houses, again in LA that have been subject to careful manipulation here and there, or just as they were on the day.

A recent addition which will be expanded in due course, are some images of what might be called "Wires". Overhead cabling is everywhere in LA ( Except in Beverley Hills were they paid for it to be put underground ). I think they make for a dramatic image set against the fizzing blue sky. The images in this section are manipulated in photoshop. I hope you share my enthusiasm.
