Where it all started...a crust.

I used to earn my crust drawing cartoons. The crust varied in thickness and was at times a big fat tasty crust and at other times over the many years it was a bit of thin burnt toast. Generally though I did ok. I retired from the full time cartoons some years ago and went back to my art school roots, drawings being the main tap root. I've always also liked photography and have dipped into that . My main inspiration these days is landscape and I'm blessed to live in a part of the UK that supplies plenty of landscape inspiration. A few trips to LA and holidays in Europe have added to both my photography portfolio, but also to my landscape work. The landscapes started with line drawings, an area I feel safe in with the cartoon background. I've gradually moved to colour. I'm apt to delve into all sorts of media.
